Congratulations to PJ Hegarty & Sons Contracts Manager, Pierce O’Donnell, who won the Construction Manger Award for the Guinness Storehouse Gravity Bar Extension and Hub Building project at the prestigious ICE Awards 2022, held on Saturday night at the National Convention Centre.
Congratulations to Pierce O’Donnell for winning Project Manager of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards, in recognition for his performance on the Guinness Gravity Bar project. The award ceremony was held last night at Dublin’s Mansion House.

PJ Hegarty are delighted to deliver this important logistics facility together with associated site works at the Liffey Business Campus in Leixlip, Co Kildare for our client DB Schenker.
The development will consist of the construction of a logistics warehouse with ancillary office accommodation.
Works commenced on site September 2021 and the project is due for completion in Q4 2022.

Works have commenced on site and we look forward to safely completing this prestigious high quality office development for our client Henderson Park and our design partners.

At yesterday’s digital ceremony, the Penrose Quay project achieved the Building of the Year in the Large Office Category and the Overall Building of the Year Award 2021. This is a significant achievement for everyone involved to get this recognition given the level of competition.
