Kevin joined PJ Hegarty as a Contracts Manager in 1994 and became a Regional Director 2003. He has been involved in major projects in the Eastern region including several for a major microchip manufacturing corporation in Leixlip, Co. Kildare and the new Criminal Courts of Justice at the Phoenix Park. Kevin has particular experience in PPP / Design & Build projects. He became Operations Director for the Eastern Region in 2020.
