Salesforce sign lease on a new campus in Dublin North Docklands.
The software company has agreed to occupy 430,000 SqFt at Spencer Place, with an option over a further 100,000 SqFt currently subject to planning. The scheme is being developed by the Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) and Colony Capital. The letting is the country’s largest in history.
The development will also include a 200 bedroom, four star hotel which has been leased by RGRE to the Dalata Hotel Group on a 35 year agreement.
P.J. Hegarty & Sons U.C. are the main contractor for the project and have been on- site for several months undertaking enabling, piling and basement prepartion works. We are currently working on the concrete superstructure.
