The main blocks were constructed with precast slabs on in situ reinforced concrete walls, on a reinforced transfer slab over a basement. The envelope was formed with striking floor to ceiling Scandinavian windows, western red cedar and precast aluminium panels.
The interiors were also finished with an innovative modern design flourish. Extra high beech veneer doors and full height fitted furniture were included as standard, while the kitchen and bathrooms were built offsite by Swedish pod manufacturer PartAb. The penthouses and townhouses were finished to a premium standard, featuring Siematic kitchens with Siemens appliances, and handcrafted designer furniture in the bedrooms.
