Kilkenny Cheese Production Facility Progress

12 Jul 2023

We have great progress to report from our project in Belview, the new cheese production facility for Kilkenny Cheese, a joint venture between Tirlán and their Dutch partner, Royal A-ware.

The 18,000 square metres main production building is well advanced, with the milk intake building and site-wide infrastructure keeping pace.

The new facility will be one of Europe’s most efficient and sustainable continental cheese production facilities. Once complete, it will produce over 50,000 tonnes of continental cheese annually, including Edam, Gouda and Emmental cheese varieties.
