Full height, floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the surrounding streets and courtyard gardens, while enhancing the office space with ample natural light.

The new building includes a terrace setback at fourth and fifth floor along Molesworth Street, South Frederick Street and Setanta Place, while pedestrians have access from Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street.

The development also boasts a 4,870 m² double basement car park, with 92 car spaces, and 128 bicycle spaces along with showers and changing spaces.
